Who we are
This website is operated by Dylan Piazza, sole trader, trading as Haldayne. ABN 58 619 610 298, 36 Hastings Parade, North Bondi NSW 2026, Australia. Contact hello@haldayne.com. In these terms, we, us and our refer to Haldayne.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you check out. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it in full, if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or the delivery address is outside Australia and New Zealand.
Prices and tax
Prices are shown in Australian dollars, or in New Zealand dollars for New Zealand customers. Haldayne is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order and no tax invoice showing GST is issued. Prices may change, but never after you have placed an order.

About the product
Haldayne sells cosmetic cleansing products for external use only. They are not medicines and nothing on this site is medical advice or a diagnosis. Results vary between people and are gradual. Patch test before first use, avoid eyes, mucosal and broken skin, and stop use if irritation persists. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a diagnosed skin condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.
Your account and conduct
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to place orders using another person's payment details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you give us.
Content
The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Haldayne and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. If you send us a review or a photograph, you allow us to publish it alongside your first name and you confirm it is your own honest experience.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which apply and prevail over anything written here. Where the law permits us to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This does not deprive New Zealand consumers of the protection of New Zealand consumer law.
