Dark marks take 8-12 weeks to look meaningfully different. A 30-day guarantee on a product like this is a guarantee designed not to be used. So ours runs for 90 days.

How it works

Use the bar. Use all of it, or most of it — we're not going to weigh it. If after 90 days your skin doesn't look more even, email [EMAIL] with your order number and tell us so.

We refund the full price of the bars. You don't post anything back. You keep the mitt and anything else that came free with your order.

What we ask

One thing, and it's optional: tell us roughly how you used it and what didn't change. We're a small operation and that's how the next batch gets better.

What this isn't

This is a commercial promise we make on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Your Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply regardless of this guarantee, and they don't expire when it does.
