Where we ship
Haldayne ships to Australia and New Zealand only. We do not ship anywhere else, and orders placed for delivery outside these two countries will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Dispatch
Orders are packed by hand in North Bondi, NSW and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST are dispatched the next business day.
Australia
- Flat rate A$6.95
- Free on orders of A$55 or more
- Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra): 2 to 4 business days
- Regional: 3 to 7 business days
- WA, NT and remote areas: 5 to 10 business days
New Zealand
- A flat rate shown in New Zealand dollars at checkout
- Free once your order reaches the equivalent of A$60, which the cart will show you
- 5 to 8 business days
There are no customs charges or handling fees payable on delivery for New Zealand orders. The price shown at checkout is the total.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, usually the evening of the day we dispatch. Before that first scan a tracking number will return nothing, which is normal.
Delays
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they slip in December. If your parcel has not moved in five business days, email hello@haldayne.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
Damaged or lost in transit
Send us a photo of the parcel and the bar. We replace it at our cost, we do not ask you to post anything back, and we do not argue about it.
