Australia and New Zealand.
Australia
Every order is packed by hand in [SUBURB], NSW and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST ship the next business day.
- Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra) — 2-4 business days
- Regional — 3-7 business days
- WA, NT and remote — 5-10 business days
Shipping is free on orders over $55. Under that, it's a flat $7.95.
New Zealand
- All addresses — 5-8 business days
- Free on orders over NZ$65, otherwise a flat NZ$12
There are no customs charges or handling fees payable on delivery for New Zealand orders — the price you pay at checkout is the total.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned. If it hasn't moved in five business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Delays
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they slip in December. If your order is genuinely late we'd rather hear from you than have you wait — email [EMAIL] with your order number.
Damaged in transit
Send us a photo of the parcel and the bar. We replace it, we don't ask you to post anything back, and we don't argue about it.
