Where we ship
Australia and New Zealand only. We do not ship anywhere else.
Australia
Every order is packed by hand in North Bondi, NSW and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST ship the next business day.
- Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra) — 2-4 business days
- Regional — 3-7 business days
- WA, NT and remote — 5-10 business days
Shipping is a flat A$6.95, and free on orders of A$55 or more.
New Zealand
- All addresses — 5-8 business days
- A flat rate shown in New Zealand dollars at checkout
- Free once your order reaches the equivalent of A$60 — the cart tells you where you stand
New Zealand prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. There are no customs charges or handling fees payable on delivery — the price you pay at checkout is the total.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned, usually the evening of the day we dispatch. Before that first scan a tracking number returns nothing. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Delays
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they slip in December. If your order is genuinely late we'd rather hear from you than have you wait — email hello@haldayne.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier ourselves.
Damaged in transit
Send us a photo of the parcel and the bar. We replace it, we don't ask you to post anything back, and we don't argue about it.
Haldayne is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order. The price you see is the price you pay.
