Subscription Terms

Subscribing is optional. It is never pre-selected, and we will never add it to your order unless you tick the box yourself.

What you get

15% off every delivery, for as long as you stay.

How often

Every 2 months by default. One bar lasts about three weeks with daily full-body use, so most people on the 3-bar routine land close to this. You can change the interval, skip a delivery, or pause any time.

What you pay

$49.26 per refill, including GST and shipping. That's the 3-bar routine at 15% off. The price is on your confirmation email and on every reminder, and we won't change it without telling you at least 14 days beforehand.

We email before we charge

You get a reminder 5 days before each charge, with the amount, the date, and a cancel link in the email itself. No surprise charges — if you've forgotten you subscribed, that email will remind you before your card does.

Cancelling

One click, from any email we've sent you, or from your account page. No phone call, no chat window, no minimum number of deliveries. Cancel before the reminder and you're not charged again.

If you cancel after a charge but before we ship, email [EMAIL] and we'll refund it in full.
